Brock and I had so much fun with his senior portrait session this past summer. We trekked all over Nashville and some bystanders definitely thought Brock was famous as I took his photos. We also did an in studio session as well as a session at the bubble where Brock managed to get me out on the high dive. Let's just say I wouldn't go out to the edge of the high dive for just anyone. :)
Brock plans to attend the University of Missouri Columbia and study entrepreneurial Business Management.
When I asked Brock about high school, he said Senior Homecoming was the most memorable. "Being in homecoming dance with the dance team and being in the class dance and winning homecoming overall were great memories!"
Brock said he chose us to do his portraits "because all the images that I saw were outstanding and I loved what I saw with my sister's pictures!" When I asked about his favorite memory from his portrait session, He said, "taking pictures in the bubble swimming pool and miss Carrie being up on the high dive for the perfect picture!"
When asked about his summer job, Brock said "I work on the family farm in the summer and I love getting to put good hard work in during the day knowing that I did something to help feed the population."
I also asked him about his best friend to which he replied, "My sister Madeline Hulshof is my best friend. She has all the best advice and she's also so fun to hang out with."
I asked Brock if he was ever late to school, he said "I'm never late because I'm always in Advanced Chemistry getting help." :)
Here's what Brock had to say about his favorite teacher, "My favorite teacher is Mrs. Timpe who taught me Theology II because she taught me about my faith and I could tell that she had me and my classmates best interests at heart."
Brock thanks for choosing me to capture your memories, I know you will be such a success no matter what mountains you choose to climb.
And here's a flashback to Brock helping me with lights for his sister's senior session. Thanks for always being so thoughtful Brock!
